Shipping Policy
At Ra the Studio, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep. Below is a detailed breakdown of our shipping policies, including processing times, shipping rates, and delivery methods.
Order Processing: All orders are processed and Delivered within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may extend by 1-2 additional days due to high demand. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your shipment.
Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹2000. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate of ₹100 will be applied. Our domestic shipping partners ensure that your orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, remote areas may take slightly longer.
International Shipping: We provide worldwide shipping, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times for international shipments vary from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries. International products will be delivered with in 7-21 Days.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our carrier’s website to track your order status in real-time. Delivery Delays: While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays in delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items: At Ra the Studio, we take utmost care to ensure your order is packaged securely. However, if your package arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package (or expected delivery date) at rathestudio@thesharpener.co . We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and either offer a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ra the Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the case of such an error, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Non-deliverable Items: If an item is returned to us as non-deliverable (due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other reasons), we will notify you. Reshipment of such items may incur additional charges.
