Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days, and we will correct the mistake by offering an exchange or refund.
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products (crystals, jewelry, etc.), we do not offer refunds for change of mind after the product has been shipped. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product was defective or incorrect upon receipt.
Returns will be Accepted within 2-3 Business Days, and processed within 2-3 Business Days
